MOMEN
Karl Momen is a Swedish artist, born in
Mashad, Iran in 1934. He was educated
in art and architecture in Germany from
1957 to 1962 and has resided in Stockholm
since 1962 and as a national since 1969.
Has exhibited widley at various museums,
art centers and art biennals. His paintings
and sculptures are represented in numerous
public and private
collections in Europe, the United States
and Japan. Karl Momen´s major works
is The Tree of Utah, which was completed
in 1986 and stands 87 feet
high in the great Western Desert, in Utah.
